We need an amazing Social Media Content Manager for a Public Figure.

Seeking a fun, creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual as a social media content manager for a national public figure in the art niche. 
Our company, Streamline Art, serves passionate online art communities and tribes. Your skills in multiple disciplines and platforms are required, involving planning, implementation, brand-building, PR, headlines and copywriting, creativity, promotion, video, and more. We’re fast-paced and crush through massive amounts of content across many communities and channels. 

Work remotely, but will be needed in Austin, Texas, for frequent onsite projects and some (eventual) travel. Must have transportation and the ability to freely travel internationally for possible projects.

Streamline Art is an art-focused company, dealing continually with artists and people within the art world, providing live events, virtual events, and training with the world’s leading artists. We publish magazines, websites, and newsletters, digital e-commerce products, and more. 
Responsibilities
  • Handling all social media for a public figure, including content development and implementation
  • ​Deep experience in creating, posting, interacting, and growing followings on currently relevant platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and willing to jump in and learn as new platforms emerge
  • Develop and manage execution of daily output on all social platforms in collaboration with the company marketing team
  • ​Interaction with the community on social media, including increasing interaction scores with responses to comments and questions
  • ​Develop, negotiate, and nurture relationships with influencers, schedule interviews and broadcasts
  • ​Repurpose daily and weekly content to multiple platforms in various forms
  • ​Create concepts, develop and execute social content (video, graphics, memes, infographics, audio, podcasts, imagery, etc.)
  • ​Monitor analytics, engagement, and growth and share data with the team in a weekly dashboard
  • ​Create content and content strategy
  • ​Develop promotional concepts, contests, and challenges
  • ​Develop and monitor lead-generation campaigns
  • ​Coordinate efforts with social media advertising team
  • ​Schedule feeds to multiple platforms
  • ​Write strong headlines, leads, and jaw-dropping, attention-getting content
  • Develop TikTok segments, YouTube shorts, and Instagram Reels shorts
  • ​Drive SEO traffic
Additional Skills Desired (but not critical)
  • Entertainment-industry experience
  • ​Experience working with or building up nationally recognized public figures 
  • ​Photoshop/photo editing
  • ​Photography
  • ​Video and video editing
  • ​Graphic design and brand consistency
Experience
  • Degree or deep experience in marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, or communications
  • ​Three years social media experience (working in, not just using)
  • ​Strong writing, grammar, and storytelling ability 
  • ​Expert in all social media platforms and tools/software for scheduling
  • ​Current on changes in trends, regulations, standards in social media and related platforms
  • ​Creative thinking
  • ​Experience with analytics and software
  • ​Self-motivated without supervision
  • ​Strong organizational and management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects daily
  • ​Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • ​Flexibility for game-changing moments at the last minute
  • ​Driven to develop and keep passionate customers
